Finding your (new) house, how does that work?

• We put client satisfaction first. We take plenty of time to find out what your wishes and options are in the introductory meeting. We determine your search question together. We are keenly aware of the houses currently for sale and we know which houses will be on the market soon. This means you have a much better chance of finding the right home.
   
• We guide you during the viewings, critically assess the state of the house and we advise you on any additional surveys you may want to consider. As a certified valuer, we are well-equipped to assess whether the asking price is reasonable and if there is room for negotiation. All this to make sure your bid is competitive and has a good chance of succeeding.
   
• If you have already found a house you like, you may want to hire us to negotiate on your behalf. Kanters Estate Agents are determined negotiators and we are happy to help.
